    Shipping, Delivery & Product Availability

    How will shipping be handled?
    Please note: In some cases, your order may ship in multiple packages. 
    When each of your products have shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please refer to the email for your shipping details. 
    Also, make sure to check your email spam folder if you cannot locate your confirmation. 
       
    How long does shipping take?
    Products may be produced on-demand. Please expect your products to ship within 5 business days. Then, standard shipping times will range from 2-5 business days. 
     
    How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping will be calculated in Checkout, and plus we’re happy to offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Glory to God is currently only available to ship within the continental US. 
     
    My package was returned to sender. How can I correct this?
    While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address or refund your order. However,  you will be charged for the shipping costs. For this, please contact gtogproducts@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address, and describe your request for us. 
     
    My tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. How can I fix this?
    Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered 1-2 days before they deliver. If you’ve waited 2 days, please take the following steps. Verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received. We also recommend that you check with other members of your household about the package. For any further concerns, please contact us at gtogproducts@gmail.com and describe your situation in the email.

    The item I would like to buy is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
    Unfortunately due product availability, there may be times where certain products are unexpectedly unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute for comparable products, as needed. If your item cannot be produced, we will notify you of the order cancellation.  
     

    Payment Details

    What payment types can I use?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payment options. Payment types are displayed at the bottom of product pages, and also in the Checkout.
    Can I use multiple coupon codes on my order?
    Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order.
     
     

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    Cancel / Change Order
    If you need to cancel or change your order before we send it out, simply email, call, or text us to let us know how we can fix it before shipment.

    Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return for your original item, and repurchase the desired item.
     
    Returns
    To return an item for a refund, the item needs to meet all of the following criteria:
      • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase (purchases made in November and December have until January 31)
      • Item must be in brand new condition with no stains or odors (smoke, pets, etc).
      • Item must not have been purchased as a Final Sale.
    If the item qualifies for a refund, please contact us at gtogproducts@gmail.com to begin the return. 
     
    If the return is due to a defective incorrect item, we will refund you the original shipping fee and pay for the return shipping. 
     
    If you are returning item(s) for any other reason (such as sizing, or no longer interested), we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
